How quickly do you ship? What are transit times?

We aim to ship same day on all our orders, with the exception of product launch days. During launches please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. Typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

What do I do if my package is returned due to incomplete address

Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.

What do I do if my package is lost?

We are not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?

Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

What do I do if my tracking hasn’t been updated?

According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 90 days before we are able to file a claim. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through your country’s customs. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame so we can find a solution.

 Do you ship internationally? What is the cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our international shipping fee is $17 USD. Please note that international shipments are delayed due to COVID-19. It is not uncommon to see shipment times up to 3 months. Please be prepared for delays when placing an international order. We do offer expedited shipping, it is expensive but with a different carrier and much more reliable. Most orders will arrive within one week with expedited shipping.
